Wool cushion covers, ‘Mountains’ (pair)

The beauty of the Andean hills and valleys resonates in this pair of cushion covers. Designed by Cerapio Vallejo, the imagery is inspired by Inca topographic symbols. Vallejo preserves Ayacucho weaving traditions as he elaborates the covers on one of eight looms he constructed by hand. This work combines sheep wool and cotton, resulting in a pleasing texture; the covers feature a zipper closure. 

Wrought iron candleholder, ‘Indian Grace’

Crafted by hand of finely finished wrought iron, this candleholder comes from Sharad Jain. It hangs on the wall to display two glowing candles.

Making a statement for the preservation of the environment, the frame for a 3×3 photograph is crafted by hand with reclaimed mango wood, creating the illusion of using different pieces.
