What is Hygge and Hygge interiors?
“Hygge (pronounced hue-gah) is a Danish word that is a feeling or mood that comes taking genuine pleasure in making ordinary, every day moments more meaningful, beautiful or special. Hygge is being aware of a good moment whether it’s simple or special.” Read more here.
So when it comes to making your home hygee, the philosophy would be to surround yourself with what makes your home comfortable and beautiful. Obviously that can be subjective from person to person, but below are some interiors that would be my definition of hygge.
