This one might be my favorite from the round up.  It’s family friendly but still sophisticated.  And that blue wall is so pretty!

  • Fresh Flowers, Books, and Candles

    Fresh Flowers, Books, and Candles

One of my favorite things about decorating a home is the little touches that go on table tops. I like to keep it simple and stick with similar decorations throughout the house that vary just a little.
Fresh flowers are my favorite. They can be changed out during the season, kept neutral, or add a touch of color to a room.
For larger tables, a simple runner with a vase of flowers is beautiful!
Books are amazing! You can choose them by color and design or just put out some of the ones that mean the most to you!

  • Let’s Gather Around the Table

    Let’s Gather Around the Table

There has been some discussion lately on what tables are coming next. The farmhouse table has been a huge hit and stayed for quite some time, but it looks like round tables are coming back!
For a more formal look, you would think a rectangular table would be the choice, but you might be surprised that a round table can be formal too!

Some rooms just weren’t made for rectangles or squares! With a round table it’s easier to get closer. You can scoot in a chair and get cozy unlike the other’s where you’d be stuck with a corner.

    Bedside Tables I Love

Almost every bed is paired with a bedside table, but don’t think you have to stick with something that matches your headboard or dresser set. Some of the best bedrooms are mix and match and these are just a few that I love:

  • Making the Most out of a Small Space

Sometimes it’s the small spaces that seem the hardest to work with, other times they are the most fun! You may no feel like you have a lot of room in your home, but here are a bunch of spaces that make the best out of the square footage they do have!

  • Dusting Off The Dining Room Table

As the cooler weather is settling in and fall brings us indoors, I can’t help but think of all the holiday events and dinner parties that are coming soon! In preparation I am dusting off the dining room table and finding some inspiration to make it shine this year:

Keep in mind that changing out your dining room doesn’t have to be a pricey event. A few candles, a cheap centerpiece, and maybe a few stunning linen chair covers can really change the ambiance of a room.
Another option might be some fresh flowers and throw pillows to add a little color and life!
Even just changing out the lighting can really make a room stand out. This chandelier screams for attention!
    Have some fun with it!
