    Beach decor doesn’t have to be blue, it can be simple and white too!
    It can be as simple as some beautiful beach pictures.
    This tile is a great glass collection by “Stone and Pewter Accents” called Agate, color is Lucca Pearl. I am in love with it!

    Use a wicker basket on coffee table and fill with shells for a summer/coastal look

    Living with a Loft

    When I was apartment hopping, I always pictured myself living in one with a loft. Just the thought of it gave me so many design ideas that I probably wouldn’t know where to start. Now with the tiny home living you see a bunch of little lofts with bedrooms and I wonder, how would I have decorated my loft apartment?
    Since the loft is usually visible to the rest of the apartment, would I get frustrated with always having a view of it and keeping it clean for when guests come over?

    Would I keep the same design style and color scheme throughout the apartment so it didn’t look choppy?
    Frankfort, Germany | Built from a recycled barn, one entire side of the house is built from the old barn brick, each of which have been washed with a brush. Beams have been recycled as structural support for the mezzanine where there's a family room (with a lovely wicker swing!) and study. Love the stairs and the multi-angled ceiling as well.:

    It’s the beginning of vacation time! The sun is finally out and getting some time off to enjoy it is everyone’s goal. As you know we’ve been renovating and redecorating our home and I can just imagine others doing the same for theirs or even they’re summer homes. Today I am showing off some Lake House inspiration:
    When I think lake house, I think wood, rope, burlap, and blue! 
    A room with a view is a must have. Doesn’t matter if it’s a bedroom, sunroom, kitchen, living space, as long as it has a view!

    I love little touches of water life and the wrought iron makes me think of lighthouses!
    Cozy rooms and bunk beds are definitely a must have in a summer lake house!
    A simple cottage kitchen would be a lovely getaway space.
