2024 interior design trends include continuing to prioritize sustainability, using natural materials, mixing eras, and flaunting what makes you unique.
Trends are fickle things, and I tend to give them little weight in my choices because of that. All that said, it doesn’t hurt to stay in the loop because trends impact the industry, and therefore the materials, products, and technology you will have to chose from when designing your ideal home.
- Biophilic Design: Integrating nature into indoor spaces with the use of plants, natural materials, and sustainable design elements. Connecting occupants with the outside natural world has been touted to increase focus, creativity, and positive relationships between co-inhabitants.
